Orterra was asked to be part of the design of a set of beautiful coastal homes. These modern, 2 storey, duplexes feature native planting and large planters on the first floor. The entrance to the property has a stunning arbor covered in climbers that lead the user to the front door.
Steppers and a lush wall of planting will enhance views from the kitchen and lounge, and connect the front to the outdoor kitchen, dining, and pool area. A podium planter on the 2nd storey will create an elevation of green softening the front of the building through cascading planting. The design and functionality of the house and garden create a beautiful home inspired by the coastal surroundings.
