Orterra was approached to assist in the design of the Eidsvold MPHS community garden for their long-term residents. Our role within the project was to help formulate ideas from the community into a final and cohesive design. This design focused on creating a multipurpose outdoor space that could accommodate community events and be accessible to all abilities. With strong Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community connections within Eidsvold, the garden was to reflect an indigenous native plant palette and integrate native bushfood within the design creating cultural connections and native bushland aesthetic to the space.
